Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make that happen.  If there are any problems with your order, please reach out to us ASAP.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your item/items to request a return. If it is eligible for a return we will email you.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@thesweetlifebyblee.com, please put "Return" in the subject line.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package, the package must be sent within 5 business days of us notifying you, to receive a refund.  We recommend the package be sent via a trackable method, in the event the item you send back is lost.  Items must be received within 10 days of the date we accept the return or we will be unable to take it back and no refund will be issued.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  This must be done within 3 days of the delivery.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hair accessories and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special discounted items, final sale items, Clearnce, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us upon delivery of your item, and once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically  refunded in the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost.  Keep in mind it may take a few days for your bank or card holder to process the refund.
